Teerapol Tangphet spoils you with his kitchen team in the show kitchen in the restaurant Thailando at the Albana Hotel in Silvaplana.

PHILOSOPHY
Right before your eyes, the food is refined with fresh ingredients such as chilli, coriander-green, sweet basil, curry, lemongrass. Depending on the preparation, the dishes are served with fragrant rice.

THAI CUISINE & NATURE PLEASURE KITCHEN
Of course, the dishes can also be combined with our Stüva Engiadina gourmet and natural cuisine by kitchen team leader Martin Tullus and his kitchen team.
 
OUR OPENING HOURS
We are open daily from 11.00 am to 10.00 pm. Enjoy hot meals throughout the day.
